The YDMS project is an initiative by LeaderInYou, supported by the Being program – an international mental health initiative coordinated by Grand Challenges Canada and partially funded by Fondation Botnar, the UK Department of Health and Social Care through the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), and the Government of Canada, in collaboration with the Science for Africa Foundation, Orygen, and United for Global Mental Health.

The core of the project is the Me+ application - a School Mental Health 4.0 platform, focusing on four key areas:

AI Lab - Artificial Intelligience Laboratory
The AI Lab project is an integrated education model that combines technology, future skills, and youth leadership development by empowering students to address challenges in learning, career orientation, and mental health. The project is funded by the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre Foundation (APNIC Foundation).
This is not just a technology classroom, but a creative space where students learn, understand, and take ownership of AI in a responsible way.
