The Origin Story of LeaderInYou

In a small, remote village in Vietnam, there was a young girl who grew up facing many challenges but always dreamed of a brighter future. From her early age, she had the fortunate opportunity to participate in a few local community activities. These meaningful programs, filled with values of kindness and sharing, ignited in her a deep sense of responsibility to the community and a belief in the power of love and compassion. Through every activity and the joy she and her community members brought together, she realized that she was not just an naive child in a small village, but a part of something much greater. The beautiful values she embraced nurtured a big dream: to learn, to experience, and to work meaningfully in order to make a significant difference in the community.

Life, of course, was not always smooth, besides success, presenting her with countless challenges and failures. Those experiences have helped her grow and become more determined. She – one of cofounders of LeaderInYou – carried with her a burning desire to create a greater impact on society. She desires to do more practical things, inspiring individuals in communities – helping them unleash their inner potentials, discover their own values, and thereby grow. From this heartfelt desire, LeaderInYou was born.

LeaderInYou is not just an organization, it is a symbol of the belief that each person owns their excellent potential talents.
