This is our foundational career counseling program, consisting of 3 stages with one-on-one counseling sessions between a counselor and a student. It is primarily designed for students aged 14-19 and incorporates specialized practical activities tailored to each individual.

• In the first stage – Starting Line: The counselor and student spend time sharing and understanding each other better, together exploring the challenges the student is facing.

• In the second stage – Acceleration: The counselor and student deepen their understanding of each other, and the counselor helps the student gain self-awareness and identify suitable career and educational paths.

• In the third stage – Finish Line: The counselor and student arrive at a decision and collaboratively develop a plan to pursue that chosen path.

Throughout this process, the counselor will consult with parents and, if necessary, teachers to help the student explore themselves and reach the most appropriate and feasible final decision.

After the third stage, based on the expectations and requests of the student and their family, LeaderInYou can provide support packages for visiting universities that the student and family are interested in. This creates an excellent opportunity to gain a close-up, realistic view of the learning environment, facilities, and training programs of those institutions.

Based on the actual needs of schools and family groups, we offer group career counseling programs for those with shared needs, allowing for mutual support in the process of learning and experiencing.

This is a specialized support program, specifically designed for each student with a particular goal in mind, such as exploring study abroad options and necessary procedures, or developing interview skills.
